Our Landscaping Work

Bishops Stortford

A design and build project. Our brief was to utilise all areas of the garden without wasting any of the limited space. The garden was designed to maximise the areas that get the most of the sunlight allowing us to build a new patio and path area to the back of the garden.

The garden as a whole is relatively low maintenance allowing the owners to enjoy the colour and variety with the minimum of fuss and work.

White Roding

The client wanted to create a focal point within their garden which they could plant and use as an outdoor seating area. The area chosen had become over grown and a wasted part of the garden. Oak sleepers were used to create three raised beds to maximise this triangular area within the garden. Each bed featured a sleeper used to maximise the width of the wood allowing them to be used as seating areas.

Stansted

This customer asked us to re-design their overgrown and unkempt front and back gardens. The front had become over grown and needed to be re-created into a low maintenance area that looked in keeping with the area and house. The old plants were removed, ground levelled, new posts were installed and a weed membrane was laid before stones were put down.

The back garden had become full of ruts where the ground had settled over the years. The old lawn was taken up, the ground rotovated, new top soil was brought in and levelled, and then a new lawn was laid.

Bishops Stortford

This client wanted a family friendly garden perfect for a busy family life. The space was fully cleared, new shrub beds built complete with an integrated irrigation system and a new lawn laid creating a family friendly space.

Old Harlow

This client wanted a tiled front pathway laid in-keeping with the period of property. Using a mosaic tile design, we created a striking entrance finished off by laying Cotswold stone chippings for a stylish finish.

Bishops Stortford – Sloping Garden

This garden had an unsuitable sloping bank which the owner wanted re-designed to make it usable. We excavated into the slop to create a flat user-friendly patio area allowing the family full access. The garden was finished off with a decorative wall built alongside the bank.

High Roding

This new build property allowed us to work with the owner to design a garden that suited their needs and complimented their lifestyle. This included a large lawn raised oak sleeper beds and an extra-large hard wood decking area allowing them to create a fantastic social area for eating, cooking, relaxing and enjoying their hot tub.

Stansted

This job involved a full garden clearance and re-design. We cleared the space to make way for raised beds, astro turf lawn, cladding the existing brick walls with cedar wood and a purpose built seated fire pit area for entertaining. This garden was finished off with paving and outdoor lighting to create a modern and sleek look.
